Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount. After a customer's third late cancellation (within the notice period), full payment will be required in advance for all future bookings. Exceptions and Discretion We understand that genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, exceptions to this policy (including waivers or adjustments to fees) may be made. Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency arises so we can discuss your situation.
